Meet Jessica Hiers, Au.D.

Jessica Hiers joined Albuquerque Hearing and Balance in August 2025. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of New Mexico in 2015 and her Doctorate in Audiology from Pacific University of Oregon in 2020. Jess completed her externship year at The House of Hearing in Utah. Her clinical interests include adult diagnostic hearing testing, treating hearing difficulties through the use of hearing instruments, and expanding her knowledge in tinnitus and cerumen management techniques. Outside of work or on weekends, Jess can be found listening to audiobooks, watching women’s soccer (Go Thorns!), baking sourdough and other treats, and collecting and playing the Pokémon trading card game with her family.
